A cloud-native application, packaged for deployment on Kubernetes. An application could be an end-user software, such as an ERP or CMS system, a DevOps tool, and more.

A Flinkwerk project that contains software code is an application itself. Each Flinkwerk project can inherit another application or include other applications as dependencies.
